I graduated from The Virginia School of the Arts and spent summers training with the Richmond Ballet, Nutmeg Conservatory, Houston Ballet, and American Ballet Theatre. I was an apprentice with The Pennsylvania Academy and became certified in the Vaganova syllabus of ballet. I attended The Glenda Brown Choreography Project for two summers. While dancing with The Nashville Ballet and the Louisville Ballet, the trainees and youth ensemble performed my choreography. I also had a piece commissioned by the Western Oklahoma Dance Theatre. I danced professionally with City Dance Ensemble and performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.. Before moving to San Diego, I danced with Gehring Dance Theatre in NYC and I directed the Ballet Department at Northern Valley Dance Academy. I also taught at Inspira Performing Arts, Signature fitness and taught ballet and hip hop at New York Sports Clubs where I was also a personal trainer. I am currently a dancer, teacher, and choreographer with Dark Horse Dance Productions. I am a personal trainer and Group Exercise Instructor at the Peninsula YMCA.
